Private Booking Prices

Our private booking pricing is simple: We require a minimum amount spent on food and beverage during your event, plus applicable taxes and gratuity.

There are no room rental fees, staffing charges, or hidden expenses.

For Teddy’s second floor, the starting cost is $1,500 for two hours.

For The Rose Garden rooftop, the starting cost is $2,000 for two hours.

To take both spaces, the starting cost is $3,000 for two hours.

For all day reservations, special menus, drink packages, and entertainment options, please contact our events team for a custom proposal. Event pricing is subject to downtown events and demand.
