Known for his gritty, high-energy, live full-band performances, Jason McPhail is a Nashville recording artist who pairs raw stage presence with soul-stirring songwriting. Whether rocking a packed venue or delivering an intimate acoustic performance, he brings authenticity, passion, and heart to every show—embracing every aspect of being a true artist. Raised in Oklahoma, Jason’s work ethic and wild spirit is what makes him so unique. Never afraid to speak his mind, the work ethic of a blue collar family, and his connection to the land forms his perspective of the world and is heavily reflected in his music. “My goal is to push back against societal boundaries and norms that keep people chasing which box they want to be put in. We are afraid to say what we mean and mean what we say, because some guy at a desk that wants to be important says that’s who we have to be to be successful? Nah. Hardly. Y’all can keep that.” Unapologetic, unbridled by fear of failure, and full of energy and life, Jason has made serious waves in this city since moving here in 2023. From opening up for Redferrin at the Jack Daniel’s distillery to playing his original music on world-famous stages like the Bluebird cafe, this man has said no to multiple record deals and yes to authenticity and creative control over his own career.
